I recently had a visit, 9/28/25. Both times I have chosen medical service in Pickerington has been a great decision and a outcome. The experience was welcoming, attentive and very kind and professional. It went extremely well and I would consider it to have been an exceptional visit. There were three on staff , or working that day; these women worked effectively and efficiently to get me processed and helped expeditiously . I had to receive a procedure (some cutting) they made me comfortable as possible and took care of it, with a caring touch and plenty of kindness and professionalism ; and did it very quickly and thoroughly. They were very professional, effective and did a great job with my medical service. I think they are by far the best urgent care I have ever attended!!
The Dr was very good and patient. He helped with an ear wax issue for my parent which took a while but worked!!! Highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I had an excellent experience getting my sports physical done. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated how thorough they were, while still keeping things efficient. It’s clear they truly care about the athletes they work with. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a sports physical or medical care.
The staff at Superior urgent care was amazing. There was no wait time and the provider was very knowledgeable and explained things in a manner that was easy to understand. I would definitely suggest the facility to anyone. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!
Wasn't busy which was great. However, staff could have been more happier/pleasant. The "provider" came in and said that she had the same thing happen to her but 10 times worse and she couldn't tell anything was wrong with my very swollen almost closed eye. As a professional you never tell a client it happened to you but 10 times worse or that you couldn't tell anything was wrong! Very unprofessional. Will not be going back to this urgent care. Was not even seen by a doctor.
Want to thank the staff at Pickerington Family Urgent care for their professional and efficient patient care today. The registration process was quick and painless. We were placed in a room and seen by Dr Stan within minutes. The office was fresh and clean, very modern. The staff were all very friendly. I give this office a solid 5 stars and a grateful thank you.
I love this urgent care only because of one Dr which her name is Brandy she try’s her best do help you out and listen to what’s going on. My husband and I been going there for awhile now and she’s very helpful the only issue I have is I’ve been having problems with my knee and was referred to get some therapy by a different doctor and I feel like that’s not I need it just made it worse know matter how much I’m telling both place that something not right and nothing
My mother needed seen for a tick bite. Dr. Stan was fantastic. He spoke to us about it before she was even "admitted". The nurse/receptionist was also wonderful. The place is very clean. We did not have to wait long and the Dr. spent ample time with us. We will come back if we have any urgent care needs in the future.
Very friendly and pleasant service I am in between health insurance coverage Got seen right away. Affordable versus going to the hospital. I would definitely recommend… Payment is due up front however they will let you know what the cost may be based on your symptoms.
Don't bother going here. They tell you whatever on the phone just get you to come in. I asked about getting my 17-year-old a physical, told them what insurance we had. They accept that insurance. So I go to set up an appointment. "No need for an appointment, just walk right in" she says. After taking the time to get my other disabled child ready these people tell me. "How old is she? Is it work or sport physical?" Yep played stupid.... Then said it will be $60 dollars for the physical. Dont bother making some BS excuse either like you do for all your other "true" reviews.

Superior urgent care is a great place to go to for a “quick fix”, a physical or even if one need me to establish a provider. Marina has a lot of experience, great diagnostic skills and bedside manner. Highly recommend her.
The staff here was super sweet and helpful. Physical was only $60 for college and everywhere else is charging about $100 for a college physical. Would 10/10 recommend

I thank God for this place! Helped me more than once and was right in the money for several different conditions that come up on me. I mean I have taken my kids here for ear issues, and myself kidney stone etc. Really nice people and knowledgeable Doctor. .if they can't help they know how to refer you to someone who can. Very good place to go.

Fantastic people!! I am a new patient today. Got me in in a reasonable time frame, good medical help and confirmed my insurance so I didn't have to do anything but fill out new patient paperwork which was not extensive and enjoy coffee and water while I waited!
Every time I’ve went to Superior I was treated very well and quickly. Talanna took care of me today and she went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of and informed. 10/10
Rose, Marina, and Justin were so helpful and made me feel very comfortable with what I had going on. I have anxiety really bad and they did everything to ease my worries. I highly recommend this place, they are great, fast and efficient!!

Very helpful facility! After being turned away from another urgent care because they were at their max limit even though no one was there. They had me diagnosed and out of there in under 30 minutes! Highly recommend
I went to Superior Urgent Care because I wasn’t feeling well and was looking for advice from a doctor. When I arrived there I got into a room right away and Dr. Stan immediately made me feel at ease and that my issues were important to him. He gave me great advice and I am feeling much better. It’s hard to believe so many 5 star ratings. But from my own experience, they deserve every single one of them. They are very caring and don’t rush you out of the room. What a great group. I would definitely recommend going there.
I was bitten by a stray kitten and overnight it was showing signs of a nasty infection. I was treated at Superior Urgent care. I found front desk staff to be very welcoming. The clinical staff were efficient and knowledgeable. There was no wait time for my visit and with check in and treatment I was probably done in under 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this clinic for all your urgent care needs!
I was nine hours from home, having traveled to pick up a vehicle that was significantly cheaper out of state. During the flight, I was chewing gum and wearing blue earpieces. Upon landing, I removed the earpieces only to discover that the small backing of the Bluetooth device was lodged in my ear. At the dealership, I attempted to extract it with tweezers, but my efforts only seemed to exacerbate the situation. After calling multiple places that wouldn’t accept my insurance, I reached out to Superior Urgent Care and spoke with Stan, who advised me to come in for assistance. Although I paid out-of-pocket, the cost was reasonable, and they were able to resolve the issue without any complications. Most importantly, my eardrum remained intact, and my hearing was unaffected. The office was busy, and my visit, including filling out forms and making a payment, took just 55 minutes. If you find yourself in the area and require medical attention, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Stan.
Excellent and kind staff! I showed up less than 30 min before close, and they helped me with no issue, even with 2 other patients before me waiting. I was seen promptly, and they confirmed what I already thought, and I was able to get the antibiotics I needed and even suggested a pharmacy that was open later than others nearby so I could have it filled same day. This was my 2nd time coming here, and I will definitely use them again when necessary.
This urgent care was amazing. Brought my toddler in for a tooth emergency. Nurse Jen and Dr.Marina were so sweet and patient with my son. Made him feel comfortable and safe. There was little to no wait time , very clean facility and service was impeccable. Very thorough and knowledgeable!I would definitely recommend for all your urgent care needs!
